• Create a connection to your family members in The Auburn Family Portal.

Emergency Notifications

• Ensure your contact information and cell phone number are correct in AU Access
• Submit your emergency contact information.
• Sign up for AU Alert.

Health & Wellness

• Submit your medical information through Med+Proctor.
• Complete Catharsis, an online safety education program.
• Ensure you have health insurance in case of emergencies. If needed, Auburn University offers a Student Health Insurance plan.
• Take a photo with your phone of the front and back of health insurance cards and mark them favorites for quick access.
• Enable emergency information on your mobile phone.

Academics

• Ensure the four Connect the Creed assignments are complete and graded in the Canvas Gradebook.
• Apply for academic accommodations, if needed.

Navigating Campus

• Set up your Auburn email on your mobile device.
• Upload a photo for Tiger ID.
• Download the GET Mobile and connect your Tiger ID to your phone.
• Register for a parking permit.
• Register for the football ticket lottery.
• Download Mobile Event Pass, needed to attend events like Convocation.
• Review dining plan options. You can make changes until the 10th class day.

Finances

• Make a financial payment on your bill for the upcoming semester.
• Set up direct deposit to your financial account.
• Add Authorized Users to your eBill if you need others to make tuition payments.
• Complete the FERPA waiver for finances for your Authorized Users.
• Apply for federal financial aid and complete a associated requirements.

Additional Documents

• Collect important documents that may be needed for work or travel (driver’s license, social security card, passport, etc.)
